Dandelion Salve

Description

This moisturizing salve harnesses the traditional properties of dandelion (Taraxacum officinale), a plant that has been used for centuries in folk medicine for various skin conditions.

Both the bright yellow flowers and nutritious leaves are used to create this therapeutic balm. Dandelion contains compounds that may help reduce inflammation and support the skin’s natural regenerative processes. The flowers are rich in antioxidants, while the leaves provide additional beneficial compounds. The plant material is carefully infused in organic sweet almond oil to extract these beneficial properties, then combined with beeswax, shea, mango, and cocoa butter to create a smooth, easily applied salve.

This salve is particularly useful for minor cuts, dry or cracked skin, and areas of irritation. The gentle formula is suitable for regular use and absorbs well without leaving an oily residue.
